Our parent company, John Willis Homes of Florida, has laid the foundation of crafting high-quality homes in the area since 2000, earning the trust of hundreds of homeowners over the past twenty-six years.

  Our Vice President of Construction and licensed General Contractor, Andrew White, is a Walton County native who proudly followed in his father’s footsteps, David White, building on a legacy established in 1995 as one of the area’s most trusted contractors. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Auburn University, Andrew spent more than eight years in Atlanta, Georgia working in construction sales and construction management. In 2021, he returned home to lead JW of Florida Resort Homes, LLC. Andrew is passionate about transforming our client’s vision into their dream home and delivering exceptional craftsmanship with every project.
